We take care of this by incorporating an offshore company and sending you full brokerage details and online account opening forms with your IBC incorporation and banking information. 1. Open a mainland discount brokerage account in the name of your offshore IBC. It will then be treated the same as any other foreign company trading on the US or any other mainland market with no capital gains tax to pay.

2. Trade online or manually with a tax-free brokerage account opened offshore. We provide private offshore brokerage firms account forms for free, as part of your package.  The brokerage account is opened in the name of your IBC.

A tax-free brokerage account ensures your privacy and total secrecy as your orders are placed in your IBC's name and routed through the offshore broker to the exchange. Masking a client's stock market trades is a traditional way of doing business offshore, with profits being credited to your IBC's offshore account.

With offshore brokerage accounts you can trade on all major stock exchanges with fees about the same as a US full service broker, but with no tax to pay on the profits. 

The brokerage information and online account opening forms are sent to you when your IBC is incorporated. We use three offshore independent brokerage firms with whom you can trade online at most of the World's exchanges. You will also be able to trade forex in your IBC's name with as little as $25 in your account.
